The fifth and final person charged in a burglary investigation that led to the death of Johnstown Police’s K-9 titan was sentenced.
According to the Cambria County District Attorney’s office after pleading guilty Sean Robertson was sentenced to 3 years probation.
Robertson and the 4 others already sentenced in this case broke into the old Acme and Goodwill warehouse building in November of 2020.
While police were searching for the suspects, K-9 Titan fell down an open elevator shaft and died.
