Officials are working to clean up what’s believed to be hundreds of gallons of fuel spilled into a Cambria County stream.
Officials were called to this scene along the 1900 block of Oak Ridge Drive this afternoon at Sandy Run in Richland Township.
They say someone called them reporting the smell of oil and a shiny sheen in the water.
Both the Department of Environmental Protection and the Fish and Boat Commission were called in to assist the clean up.
Officials say a nearby home was the source of the fuel with up-wards of 400 gallons spilling out.
