Officials say a Richland man has died following a Cambria County crash Sunday.
Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees says 60-year-old Daniel Radack died in Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center’s emergency room late Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say the crash happened on Theatre Drive near Tank Drive when a vehicle crossed the center line and collided with Radack’s vehicle head-on.
Three people were injured, including Radack.
Radack was transported from the scene to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
Richland and Windber Fire Departments and East Hills Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene Sunday.
Richland Township Police are investigating the crash and whether potential charges will be filed.
There’s no word on the condition of the other two who were injured.
