More change in Happy Valley today. We know James Franklin isn’t going anywhere, but there is more coordinator turnover Brent Pry the defensive coordinator since 2016, is no longer. He’s got his big break.
He will be the next Virginia Tech head coach announced today.
Taking over the Hokies program, Pry once served as a grad assistant with tech under the tutelage of legendary legendary head coach Frank Beamer.
Those are pretty big shoes to fill, but again, that’s a big name ask program, Pry said on Twitter could not be more thankful for the support and the trust of James Franklin.
