Preliminary Hearing Scheduled

A preliminary hearing for a suspended Cambria County Police officer is scheduled for January 25th.

Christopher Defazio an officer with the Nanty Glo and Geistown police department is facing charges for allegedly having sex with a teenage girl.

Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer previously said Defazio is suspended as the investigation continues.
