Pirates vs. Twins

In the Major Leagues, the Pirates have Won 8 of their last 13. The Pirates took on the Minnesota Twins on Saturday.

In the Second Inning with no score, 2 runners on for the Buccos. Todd Frazier grounds one. Not our Polanco, but Jorge Polanco makes a bad throw to first. Frazier is safe and Erik Gonzalez scores. Next at bat is Michael Perez. He sends a line drive into the gap. The Polacno for the good guys scores and so does Frazier. It’s 3-0 Pirates.

Skip ahead to the Top of the 5th. It’s Perez again. He pops one out for a solo Home Run and the Pirates lead 4-1. Next up Kevin Newman launches another out of the park. Back-to-back Home Runs for the Buccos to take this one. The Pirates Win 6-2.
