The Wolf administration provided updated guidance Wednesday regarding fans at K-12 sporting events.
Under the updated guidance, a limited number of fans will be allowed to attend games in compliance with the Wolf Administration’s prior gathering limitations for events, which allows up to 25 people for indoor events and up to 250 people for outdoor events.
The facility as a whole cannot exceed 50 percent total occupancy otherwise permitted by law.
The Wolf administration says they’re still strongly recommending against holding any school sporting events until Jan. 1, however they are leaving the decision up to the schools.
Each school must develop and adopt an Athletics Health and Safety Plan before conducting sports-related activities with students, the Wolf administration says.
