Penguins Hot Heading into Game 4

The Pittsburgh Penguins answered back on Long Island Thursday evening and not just once or twice. They answered every time the Isles tried to give the faithful at Nassau Coliseum something to get really really excited about en route to taking a 2-1 Series advantage, which makes it two straight Wins since the Overtime Loss at Home in Game One.

The Pens seemed to be in great shape. Jeff Carter scored and so did Jason Zucker on a handsy Goal to take a two Goal lead into the Final Period. The Islanders didn’t go away so easy. Anthony Beauvillier tied the game before Carter’s second of the night made a 4-3 Pens lead. The Isles tied it once more. Thats when Brandon Tanev knocked one out of mid air past Semyon Varlamov to seal the 5-4 Win.

One of the Goal Scorers — Jason Zucker — was asked on Friday how this Team can remain so vigilant especially when they have been knocked down more than a few times this year. See video for comments from Zucker…
