Two Pennsylvania election cases appear to be heading to an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The state’s high court handed down its decision last night to throw out the challenge spearheaded by republican U.S. Congressman Mike Kelly and candidate Sean Parnell, that argued the law permitting no excuse mail voting violated the state constitution.
Parnell said Today he will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case, and it’s expected the Trump campaign will ask the court to hear their election fraud case.
Lt. Gov. John Fetterman had this to say about the supreme court hearing their cases.
“I hope they do, I hope they do, and they’ll get their clock cleaned there like they did in Pennsylvania. If the Trump campaign don’t stop losing, the Cleveland Browns will sue them for trademark infrigement pretty soon here.”
Joe Biden was certified as the winner in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
