One More For the Road

This could be it for Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger after the surreal game at heinz field Monday Night and the overflow of love from the fan base that’s seen him take the NFL on by
storm for the past 18 years.

If the Steelers fail to get into the playoffs in week 18. The storied ride more than likely will end in Baltimore the place it began

Roethlisberger wasn’t overly special in the win against Cleveland throwing for less than 200 yards with a touchdown and a pick but at the end of the day he grinded his way to his 92nd
win at Heinz Field.

Ben had the chance to reflect on everything today as he prepares for another AFC North opponent nothing will change but he can get a little nostalgic and thats fair given the body of work
hes put in.

“I didn’t think I was going back out and then, you know, anybody in football will tell you when you’re on offense that that’s the best player in football, the best formation, the best,
best play. And so to go out there and take a knee made it probably even more emotional and more real. And yeah, it wasn’t. It wasn’t pretty. But like I said out on the field,
I think that’s kind of been fueling. That’s been my style. Not pretty, but finding a way to win.
And I guess 92 wins here at Heinz Field. And that’s just that’s what it’s always been about for me is winning football games. And this is one more and it’s very special.”
