The Moshannon Valley E.M.S is moving to a new facility in Rush Township in Philispburg, and they’re receiving a million dollar funding grant from state government.
Representative Scott Conklin announcing the grant will help pay for a new ambulance facility, along with office space, and other upgrades for the emergency medical service.
