Happening Tomorrow a reminder for many residents in our viewing area you can feed the hungry without leaving your home.
It’s for the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 451 Johnstown annual food drive.
All you have to do is set a bag or box of non perishable food items on your front porch for your mail carrier to take.
The National Annual Food Drive started in 1993.
Organizers say routes in all of Johnstown, Windber, Somerset, Central City, and Berlin are included.
The Johnstown Branch alone has collected about 60,000 pounds of food over the years and distributed to 10 local food pantries.
