A Federal Judge has ruled against a group of Geisinger employees who wanted to be excluded from the company’s mandatory COVID testing due to a religious exemption.
The employees who had filed suit had already been exempted from Geisinger as COVID vaccine mandates, so that means they face mandatory testing in their attempt to raise a religious
exemption to the testing.
A federal judge ruled this week that their case lacked merit and had no constitutional backing. According to Geisinger, 24,000 of their employees completed the corporate vaccination
mandate by the November first deadline.
