A Johnstown man is accused of sexually assaulting a boy last June.
Leroy Henderson III is facing multiple felonies including involuntary sexual and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old.
Police say the boy told them Henderson sexually assaulted him 3 times.
Authorities were contacted by Children and Youth Services in June about the allegations.
Henderson is being held in the Cambria County Prison on 125,000 dollars bail.
