Johnstown Halloween Bash

Organizers from the Lorain/Stonycreek Hiking Trails in Johnstown hosted a Halloween bash.

There was trunk or treat, pumpkin painting, and costume contests for kids and adults.

The trails were also spooked up for “Haunted Trails,” where hikers were prepared to be scared.

“It’s nice to get out on a nice day. Everybody’s been cooped up all year. Plus, we’re raising money for the hiking trails. We’re also raising money for veterans in our area, so it’s a great reason to come out for the day,” said Michael Hammers, co-organizer of the Halloween bash.

Hammers says 36 vendors were there to celebrate the day.
