Johnstown Drug Raid

Federal authorities announced 31 people, most of them from Johnstown, have been charged in a multi-state drug trafficking ring.

Acting United States Attorney Stephen Kaufman made the announcement Thursday in front of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Johnstown office.

The group has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Johnstown on a charge of violating federal narcotics laws.

Those charged includes 29 people from Cambria, Indiana, Allegheny, Philadelphia and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania, one person from Long Beach, California, and one person from Middletown, Delaware.
