Somerset County authorities say one person was hurt in a house fire Tuesday evening.
County dispatchers say crews were called to a home along Coal Ave. in Jerome just before 4:30 p.m.
About a half dozen fire companies responded to the scene to battle the blaze.
Officials say it took about an hour and a half to put out the flames.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
