Indiana Fatal Shooting Update

Police in Indiana Borough have issued an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Isaiah Moore, of Philadelphia, in connection to the shooting death of a 20-year-old male early Saturday morning.

Indiana County coroner Jerry Overman identified the victim as Jaedyn Wright, of Pittsburgh.

Investigators say Wright was shot in a parking lot, near Carriage House Apartments, around 4 a.m. Saturday.

Police identified two of the four suspects in the shooting as Moore and and 17-year-old Isabella Edmonds.

Police say Edmonds has been arrested and arraigned to the Indiana County Jail.

Authorities note that she has been charged as an adult and both her and Moore face charges of criminal homicide, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.

Police say the other two suspects have not yet been identified and are both described as males in their 20s.

Upon further investigation, authorities learned that the four had conspired to purchase marijuana from Wright, and that the encounter led to Wight being shot.

Police are asking anyone with knowledge of Moore’s whereabouts and/or the identification of the two unknown suspects to contact the police department at 724-349-2121/
