Police have arrested and charged a South Fork couple for sexually assaulting a young boy, on multiple occasions, according to a criminal complaint.
Authorities say 47-year-old James Gaunt and 36-year-old Tracy Gaunt each face charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors, according to online court documents.
Investigators say police were first notified of the assaults, by Cambria County CYS, in January of this year.
Police then conducted an interview with the victim in March, who told investigators that on one occasion, the couple forced him to watch them having sex, and then made him participate in the acts.
The victim also told police that if he refused, Tracy Gaunt would strike him with a broom, the complaint states.
Police say that when they interviewed the couple about the incident, they refused to answer any questions.
Both were taken into custody on Thursday by South Fork police and have been arraigned to the Cambria County Prison, on $50,000 bail each.
Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for Sept. 30.
