State police say they’re investigating after human remains were discovered in Somerset County Tuesday.
Details are limited at this time, but troopers say the remains were found in a wooded area near Slickerman Drive in Somerset Township.
According to state police, a team from Mercyhurst University collected the remains Wednesday.
Investigators say they’ve yet to determine a cause of death and the incident is pending further analysis and investigation.
