The Holiday Inn located in downtown Johnstown is under new ownership after being sold at auction this week, according to a press release.
“An agreement was signed this week with Mr. Inderpal Singh and Mrs. Priya Vij who are under contract following the Ten X auction this week. We will work very closely with Mr. Singh and Mrs. Vij during the closing period to make a smooth transition for employees and customers,” Mike Barletta, President of Crown American Associates said.
The 159 room, full-service hotel was previously owned by Pasquerilla Enterprises, who still owns the Richland Township location.
