The re-trial for a Johnstown man accused of shooting and killing another man is set to begin later this week.
Jury selection was held for the newest murder trial against Mizzon Grandinetti who is accused of killing 21-year-old Barron Grumbling in May of 2017.
A mistrial was declared in the case back in late January after a judge ruled that one witness’s testimony violated a previous pre-trial motion in regards to Grandinetti’s prior conduct.
The latest trial is set to begin Wednesday.
