A court hearing Tomorrow in Harrisburg could determine if former Penn State President Graham Spanier will be going to jail.
Spanier was convicted in Dauphin County court in the Jerry Sandusky case on a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of children.
He was sentenced to two months in prison, but never served time after a federal judge dismissed the conviction.
Last year, another federal court restored the conviction
The hearing tomorrow is in response to the state attorney general’s office asking a judge to order Spanier to start serving his sentence.
