A 60-year-old man face down on the subway tracks and the light of an oncoming train getting brighter at the end of the tunnel. NYPD officer Ludin Lopez who you see drop down on the platform his training kicking in as he lowered himself onto the tracks carefully stepping around the electric third rail to help the unconscious rider.

Seconds later you see a good samaritan follow suit.

“He was not responding, so I did everything I could to help him up and thankfully this gentleman, I don’t know who he is, but if he were here, I would shake his hand. He helped me get the gentleman back onto the platform.”

Two other cops then helped pull the trio up as witnesses cheered. The train rolling in with literally seconds to spare.

Officer Lopez says he’s and grateful the man will be okay.

But says it would have been worse if not for 2 guests who jumped into action.

“A normal training routine, something that I’ve done a bunch of different times and he grabbed it and at that point,I kind of knew that it was serious.”

Once Bull was pulled to safety by one of the guests she was able to coach the other on how to safely exit the water.
