This weekend the Flood City Music Festival is back in Johnstown .
Crawdad Joe kicked off the event this Afternoon not long after volunteers finished setting up at People’s Natural Gas Park in Johnstown this Morning.
The event run by the Johnstown Area Heritage Association is expected to draw huge crowds.
All festival volunteers and staff have to show proof they are fully vaccinated against covid-19 or provide a negative test within 3 days of the festival.
