FDA Gives Pfizer Vaccine Full Approval

A milestone reached in the fight against COVID-19. On Monday, the FDA Fully Approved the Pfizer Vaccine. The FDA’s Full Approval of the Pfizer COVID Vaccine paving the way for Schools, Governments and private businesses to announce new vaccine Mandates, and one of the first to act — the Pentagon, making it mandatory for all Military Service Members to roll up their sleeves and get inoculated.

John Kirby, Pentagon Press Secretary saying: “These efforts ensure the safety of our service members and promote the readiness of our force, not to mention the health and safety of the communities around the country.”

An increased number of Schools and Universities are likely to implement similar Mandates for Employees and Students 16 and older, and this includes Workers in the Nation’s largest School System, New York City Public Schools.

This is the first widespread no-option policy for city employees. Officials previously said Educators, like other City Workers, could get the shots or get tested weekly for the Virus. Union Leaders are now looking into the Mandate, saying they still need more answers, including about Medical Exemptions, and likely to follow, private businesses.

While legal, many companies have been reluctant to require vaccinations, but, the President is now calling on them to step up. Presdent Biden saying: “Today, I’m calling more countries, more companies, I should say, to step up vaccine requirements that will reach millions more people.”

Approval for the Moderna Vaccine is expected in the coming weeks, and likely followed by the Johnson and Johnson shot soon after.
