We have an update to a Fatal House that broke out Monday night in Tyrone. On Tuesday, the Blair County Coroner’s Office identified the person killed. Coroner Patty Ross says 77-year-old Martin Williams died of smoke inhalation after the fire broke out at his home. Officials say his dog also died in the fire. The cause of that blaze has not been released.
