Nearly half a dozen emergency crews responded to a fatal head-on crash in Clearfield County that killed 2 people.
Officials say it happened on Crooked Sewer Road just south of Jericho Lane in Boggs Township around 10 Tuesday Morning.
According to State Police, a 69 year-old female was driving outh on Crooked Sewer Road when her vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons.
Troopers say, the vehicle in the opposite lane, tried to avoid the car but still got hit.
Police say the driver of the first vehicle and the passenger of the second vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle was flown to UPMC Altoona.
The identities of those involved in the crash have not yet been released.
