State College police have provided new details regarding Wednesday night’s fatal incident involving a jogger and a truck.
Police say the victim, a 43-year-old Boalsburg man, was jogging along Old Boalsburg Road, and was attempting to cross Boal Ave., when he ran into the side of the truck.
Investigators say the pick-up truck, which had a snowplow attached to it, is owned by a private business.
Police say the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to investigators, “preliminary investigation does not indicate that drugs or alcohol were a factor in this crash.”
