The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed an additional 672 Coronavirus cases in the state Monday, bringing the statewide total to 164,207 throughout all 67 counties.
Eighty-two percent of the state’s total cases are considered to be recovered.
There have been 5,980 confirmed cases in our viewing area since the start of the pandemic, according to the Department of Health, and 63 total deaths.
Forty-seven new cases were reported in our viewing area Monday.
Centre reported 20 additional cases, Blair reported 16 and Cambria and Clearfield each reported three.
Huntingdon and Jefferson counties each reported two more cases while Elk County reported one.
State health officials reported 11 more Coronavirus-related deaths, bringing Pennsylvania’s death toll to 8,227.
