The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed an additional 1,160 Coronavirus cases in the state Thursday bringing the statewide total to 136,771 throughout all 67 counties.
Eighty-one percent of the state’s total cases are considered to be recovered.
There have now been 2,665 confirmed cases in our viewing area, according to the Department of Health, and 46 total deaths.
Sixty-four new cases were reported in our viewing area: Centre reported 40 new cases, Cambria reported 7, Bedford, Blair and Huntingdon each reported 4, Clearfield and Somerset each reported 2 and Jefferson reported 1 new case.
Elk County also reported one less case and Cambria and Blair each reported an additional death.
State health officials reported 20 Coronavirus-related deaths, bringing Pennsylvania’s death toll to 7,732.
