Taking a look at the 5 day trend of coronavirus cases in the state as the Dept. Of Health reports 450 new cases 13 coming from our area.
Cambria County added 7 new cases followed by Clearfield with 6, Bedford, Blair, Cameron, and Jefferson Counties each added one new case.
There are no new cases in Elk County. Meantime, Centre and Somerset Countes retracted one case while Huntingdon County removed two cases
35 Deaths were reported statewide with 5 coming out of our area 2 out of Clearfeild and one each from Blair, Huntingdon and Somerset County.
When it comes to the vaccination rates in our area Cambria County is inching closer to that 40 percent mark of its population fully vaccinated Centre County is in the lead
with 44 percent of its population fully vaccinated
