In Clearfield County, a farmers market that has been in the community for decades is asking for the publics help after facing significant damage to their store.
Aletta’s Farm Market in Curwensville recently suffered major damage after a large oak tree fell on their property.
Early this week, the landscape company Arbor Pro’s removed the tree that left behind damage to the store, an apartment located in the building, and the porch area.
Organizers set up a Go-Fund-Me to support Aletta’s Farm Market that has been in the area since the 1980’s. So far the fundraisor has raised over $5,000 with a goal of $10,000.
Anyone who is interested in supporting, can visit “Support Aletta’s Farm Market” on the Go-Fund-Me Website.
