More than 400 students at Penn State have now tested positive for COVID-19 at the University Park Campus. That’s according to the latest test results released by the University Tuesday. Another 205 cases were added after weekend testing. These new numbers are fueling more debate whether the University should cancel campus classes and go to remote learning only. If that’s the case, the next set of questions are: What’s best? Send students Home or keep them on campus?
Last Friday, Penn State President Eric Babron said University Administrators would be reviewing the new case numbers and possibly deciding to suspend campus classes.
