Clearfield and Jefferson Counties Prepare

Officials in Clearfield and Jefferson Counties are also preparing for Election Day. Officials in Clearfield County say they received 8,000 ballots so far, and with this big load they’re expecting a delay in results. Clearfield County Elections Director Dawn Graham says they’ll start pre-canvassing Ballots at 8:00 Tuesday morning. So far, they’ve received 8,000 ballots and Voters have until 8pm Tuesday to return their Ballots. Graham says they have 450 Poll Workers throughout the County and they’re expecting to count all of the Ballots by Wednesday.

Officials in Jefferson County are also preparing for Election Day. County Commissioner Jeff Pisarcik says they received 4,000 Ballots so far and they’ll start counting them at 7am Tuesday morning. He says they have a room set up where County Employees will count the Ballots. He anticipates that they’ll have all of their ballots counted on Tuesday.
