In Blair County, the jury trial of Brian Cinko is underway. Cinko was charged in 2019 for child rape, aggravated indecent assault and more by Logan Township.
Police investigators say Cinco, who is a registered sex offender, had contact with an eight year old boy on numerous occasions while staying in the same apartment.
