A funding boost is coming to Cambria County aimed at helping those in need.
Representative Frank Burns announcing Today more than $740 thousand dollars in Federal Funding is coming for rental and utility assistance programs.
He says the funds were supposed to go to another county but is going to Cambria because of the greater need there.
The Emergency Rental Assistance Program was created to help renters dealing with financial harships due to the pandemic.
It helps Pennsylvanians avoid eviction or loss of utility services.
