We’ve learned new details regarding an animal cruelty case out of Cambria County.
Johnstown Police say a Ring Doorbell video of the incident surfaced on social media showing Tramale Lockett punching his dog in the face and then dragging the animal by the neck down good street.
Police now say it was a pitbull puppy that was attacked by Lockett after it has run away.
Lockett told police the video was of him disciplining the animal, but neighbors told police they had seen him abuse the dog on several occasions.
The puppy is currently getting treatment at the Cambria County Humane Society.
