This Morning, Blair County residents started cleaning snow off vehicles and shoveling sidewalks.
“They’re out continuing to put material on and we will put material on before the end of the day again. Hopefully that will suffice. If not, the police department is out, constantly going over the roadways and if they find any areas that are bad then they’ll give us a call and we’ll call crews out and get things taken care of.”
Blair County EMA Director Mark Taylor says road conditions are steadily improving. He says there were no reports of power outages. He says all wrecks were minor in nature. Taylor is still encouraging drivers to use caution.
