Bishop McCort Signing Day

Happy National Signing Day, early period, and today was a big one. first off at Bishop McCort Catholic High School as he crusher saw a pair of standouts and their respective sports
make those college decisions official, signing on the dotted line.

What we get on the hardwood women’s hoops getting a good one at Chatham has Allie Stephens will take her talents to Pittsburgh to continue her Hoops career.

But it wasn’t just Stevens getting the hugs and kisses from mom and dad today.

You might remember Erik Gibson, one of the best wrestlers this area has to offer.

He’s off to Cornell now, he started his career at Forest Hills, making runs deep into the state tournament before finishing with the crushers.

Gibson’s going to stay with the Big Red and join the wrestling program.

Let’s hear from both of them.

“I just shot them because of the academics and the athletic program. It just as all great overall fit for me. I’m going to take the support of my family and my blood related family.”

“Like all the love up there with me, it’s going to be a great time up there. I’m looking forward to it.”
