One Witness interviewed by Troopers says that Larry Claar admitted to her to shooting his brother while they were fighting over the barrel of a shotgun. But another Witness told Authorities they heard 5 to 6 gunshots coming from the area the night Michael Claar was killed.

The Documents say Larry Claar asked an Acquaintance to drive him to Hollidaysburg after burying the body, but told him not to tell anyone where he was. Trooper say Larry Claar was later taken into Custody in the Borough.
