Manhattan DA drops appeal after federal judge rules Jim Jordan can subpoena ex-prosecutor
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg dropped his appeal of a ruling stating that an ex-prosecutor can be subpoenaed by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan.
