California men arrested with 38,000 pounds of illegal fireworks after San Jose storage facility fire
San Jose residents Anthony Dasilva and Nathaniel Valassis have been accused of harboring 38,000 pounds of illegal fireworks in storage units, in addition to illicit drugs.
