|Centre County Service of Remembrance|
|Dates:||Sunday, October 16, 2016|
|Title:||Centre County Service of Remembrance|
|Description:||As the seasons change and we move closer to the holiday season, many times our thoughts turn to those we love – our family and friends who celebrate the joy of the season with us and those who are no longer here but whose memory burns brightly in our hearts.
Home Nursing Agency invites community members who have experienced the loss of a loved one to attend a Service of Remembrance on Sun., Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 2221 N. Oak Lane, State College.
This memorial service offers an opportunity for community members to pay special tribute to loved ones who have passed away by sharing the loved one’s name to be read during the service and by decorating a luminary bag to be displayed. Attendees can come at 2:30 p.m. to decorate luminary bags before the service begins at 3 p.m.
Registration is requested. Attendees can register by visiting www.homenursingagency.com and completing a brief form or by calling 1-800-445-6262 (select option three and ask for ext. 2566).
Home Nursing Agency will once again be displaying Lights of Love at the Agency’s Centre County office, 450 Windmere Dr., State College, with blue and white lights representing HNA hospice and grief services. The Lights of Love holiday giving campaign invites people to make a donation of any amount in honor or memory of loved ones. Donations can be made by calling 1-855-GIVE-HNA (1-855-448-3462) or visiting Home Nursing Agency’s website at www.homenursingagency.com. Donors can write a personal dedication in memory or honor of their loved ones that will be featured on interactive trees on the Agency’s website.
The Home Nursing Agency Foundation welcomes all private and public donations, which are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. For more information about Lights of Love, please contact Pam Seasoltz, director of development, at 814-946-5411, ext. 2565.|
