Two men are facing theft charges for allegedly stealing $2,000 from a bar by altering gambling machine tickets. Police say surveillance video shows a woman, known by police, played the gambling machine at the Fifth Avenue Bar March 17 and claimed to have won $1,000 by providing an altered ticket to the bartender.
