Daniel Wyers the second man accused of stealing diamond rings from Decker Diamond Jewelers in Cambria County has turned himself in.  Police say he and John Illingworth stole the rings after asking the owner to take them out of the case November 6^th.  Illingworth was arrested last weekend.
