There are more details about a deadly crash in Cambria County Sunday night.  Investigators say the victim, Mark Bush, was drunk when he got behind the wheel and his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.  Police believe Bush swerved to avoid hitting an animal then flipped and crashed into a tree along Wopsy Road near the Blair County line.
