Bedford Fall Foliage Festival is kicking off its second weekend.  Taking over the downtown streets.  Organizers tell the turnout was good last weekend but with the sunshine crowds turned out even better today.  Music filled the air, food filled stomachs and vendors showed off all kinds of crafts even making some old fashion apple cider.
