The events started earlier in the day with the Pumpkin 5K Run and a new event The Parade of Paws to benefit animal shelters in the area.  The afternoon warmed up enough for people to enjoy the Second Annual Clearfield Fall Festival.  The event took place right in downtown Clearfield.  People enjoyed rows of food vendors, games, shopping as well as a car show.  The festival also offered hayrides for the kids and a trip down memory lane for the locals.
