It's been two years since a 15 year old girl was killed after riding on the back of an ATV. Now a Cambria County man has been convicted. Scott Wyrwas was found guilty of reckless endangerment by a Cambria County Judge according to the Tribune Democrat. Wyrwas apparently let a 14 year old boy drive the ATV with Wagner riding on the back. They hit a tree and flipped over killing Wagner. The accident happened in August of 2010. Wyrwas is facing up to two years in prison and a possible five thousand dollar fine.
